This is Zakir Hussain from Sylhet, Bangladesh. I am a Software Engineer specializing in scalable backend systems, microservices, and the integration of AI-powered features and automation into web and mobile applications.
I am developing scalable RESTful APIs and backend services for an ed-tech platform targeting 30–40 million users. I build AI-powered features, including RAG-based Q&A, content generation, moderation, and automation systems while optimizing application performance and scalability.
I worked as a Backend Developer, building RESTful web services for a microservice-based modular super app using PHP and Laravel.
Here I contributed to the core-tech team's development using PHP and MySQL.
I worked with Java and Spring technologies, including Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring REST, Hibernate, and WebFlux. My responsibilities included developing scalable web applications and RESTful APIs using a microservices architecture.
Apart from being a techie, I enjoy most of my time being at home with my family and friends. Playing video games has been a long-lasting hobby.
I am very fond of watching football and I support the Liverpool Football Club in the EPL.
